For press and investors.
01 · Thesis
Social media became television. You watch strangers perform for a number. Plarv bets the next platform reverses the direction: from broadcast to participation, from one global feed to many small rooms, from hidden ranking to visible rules. When most of a feed is synthetic, "made by a real person, for people who chose to be here" becomes the scarce good.
02 · Structure: Worlds
The unit of Plarv is the World, a room around one interest, aesthetic, or friend group. Followers follow a World, not a whole life. Each World sets its own rules under a short global Constitution, and every restriction is visible with its reason. The room a person chooses is the intent signal, so contextual advertising works without cross-app tracking.
03 · Content: posts that answer back
A post is where a conversation starts, not where it ends. Any post can be customised and shared back as someone's own version: that action is called Variant. Some clips branch, so two viewers can watch two different endings. Some grow as the community adds to them. All of it runs on one pipeline, with every piece encoded and moderated once and assembled per viewer at play time.
04 · Signal: Pulse instead of followers
Follower count doesn't exist. Ranking uses completion, saves, rewatches and answers, blind to identity. Pulse is a monthly signal: how many people saw a creator's posts versus how many actually interacted. It fades without activity. Nobody accumulates a static number.
05 · Business
Commerce inside Worlds (3 to 4% commission, integrations tier about 6%). Paid Worlds. Paid verification and tools for public figures and companies. Consent-based contact: users choose whether a brand may reach them off-platform.
