Refund Policy

1. Infrastructure Commitment

Datawiser LLC ("Company") operates the Argus platform as a specialized, high-performance monitoring instrument. Unlike generic software services, Argus requires the immediate allocation of dedicated AWS infrastructure and forensic compute buffers the moment a license is activated or a training run is initiated.

By purchasing an Operational or Fleet license, you acknowledge and agree that these costs are incurred by the Company instantly to ensure your training sessions remain uninterruptible and secure. Consequently, all fees paid are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your license subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation:

• Your license will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be applied to your payment method.
• You will retain access to your forensic telemetry and certificates through the end of the paid period.

3. Exceptional Handshake Failure

In the rare event of a total infrastructure handshake failure where the Argus Gate cannot ingest telemetry for a duration exceeding 24 hours due to a primary system defect, users may request a credit toward future billing cycles. These credits are granted at the sole discretion of the Datawiser LLC engineering core.
